LSC Basketball Power Poll - Week Nine

  1. 25-5 Central Oklahoma (2) - LSC Champions, 'nuff said
  2. 21-7 West Texas A&M (1) - First round loss doesn't take away from 11-1 divisional record

  5. 20-9 Abilene Christian (5) - great first round win
  6. 21-7 Southwestern Oklahoma (4) - close games finally caught up with them
  7. 17-11 Angelo State (6) - no answers for UCO
  8. 14-14 Northeastern State (7) - gave TSU all they could handle, still don't understand the foul
  9. 16-11 Texas A&M-Kingsville (9) - season over
  10. 13-13 Midwestern State (10) - season over
  11. 6-21 Cameron (11) - season over

What is there to understand about the foul? He grabbed the ball handler with both hands and impeded his progress. His own teammates knew it was a foul. He laid on the court after the game and all the NSU players left him there.

Is that how the refs had been calling the game all day?

Don't recall any players committing bonehead fouls like that earlier in the day. If they didn't call that, then it's pointless to have referees and pointless to have rules. Nobody wants to talk about how NSU still drove the length of hte floor and got a shot in the lane to win it, even after the free throws.
