Former ACU stars Scott, Knox to play in all-star game
Former Abilene Christian University football players Bernard Scott and Johnny Knox will play in the third annual Texas vs. The Nation All-Star Game at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Sun Bowl in El Paso.
Gene Stallings, a former Texas A&M and Alabama coach and Dallas Cowboys assistant, will coach the Texas team. Former Miami Hurricanes coach Howard Schnellenberger will coach The Nation team.
